I went for a consultation. There is a CT scan, and the consultation fee is 10,000 won. There was almost no wait. I filled out my personal information on a tablet, then had a consultation with the doctor. He seemed to have his own firm surgical philosophy and strong opinions. He spoke in a very no-nonsense way, saying that if there is silicone inflammation, you just use Gore-Tex, and he said it so casually lol. I was thinking to myself that I should just finish up quickly and leave. He was very proud, saying inflammation is a matter of the surgeon's skill. He kept telling me to ask anything and seemed very confident. He looked at the CT and talked about osteotomy. From the before-and-after photos, it seemed like he was good at making a naturally round nose tip. I liked him, but for me the prices for butt dermis, autologous costal cartilage, Gore-Tex, and the aristocratic surgery option were also a bit expensive, and I didn't like Gore-Tex, so I asked whether only the nose tip surgery would be possible (and I would do filler on the bridge later). He said, 'If you use Gore-Tex, why would you do that?' lol. I've suffered badly from inflammation before, so I don't like implants, but maybe because he hasn't gone through it himself he doesn't understand. Rather than understanding how hard it is for patients, he seemed to want to create a nose that matched his own perfect aesthetic standard, so he didn't really suit me and I didn't have much else to ask. He wasn't particularly kind. But the manager at this hospital was extremely kind, explained everything in great detail for a long time, and the aftercare period is long and they seem to keep a close eye on you. I really liked that the manager spoke from the patient's point of view. There was no pressure to book either.. The consultation was quite long.
