I had surgery here about 3 years ago. They shaved down my hump nose, put in silicone, used septal cartilage and ear cartilage for the tip, and also did osteotomy. Now that time has passed, I'm more or less satisfied with the shape, but the tip of my nose is very hard and my left nostril is almost always blocked. At first it was incredibly stressful and hard, but now I've somehow gotten used to living with it. You really have to be careful with nose surgery... haha
