It was a revision surgery, and the doctor wasn't lacking in aesthetic sense, but for me, who wanted a slim nose tip, the tip became too big and I still can't get used to it. Looking at the reviews here, they all say the nose tip got bigger, so maybe that's just the director's style. It's not such a big problem that I can bring myself to lie on the operating table again, so I'm just living with it... I think it would have been better if they had made the tip a bit slimmer. Sigh.
