First, after going around other fancy Gangnam hospitals, when I came here the facility felt a bit old! That doesn’t mean it was bad, just relatively speaking. But hospital facilities aren’t that important for nose surgery anyway, so I let it slide, and the doctor looked extremely professional. It made sense, since he’d been doing this for so long, so I trusted him too. The consultation manager had a slightly different image from the others? (didn’t feel overly done up from cosmetic procedures) and she consulted me sincerely and kindly, didn’t pressure me for a deposit, and when I asked by when I should contact her, she said to message her whenever I was ready, which honestly moved me a little.
