The Medpor I got 10 years ago has gradually been collapsing. Because the support structure collapsed, my nostrils became asymmetrical and it got hard to breathe. I had a revision at another hospital, and they said it is a material that should absolutely never be used in nose surgery. Just searching on YouTube brings up the risks of Medpor.
