The doctor told me everything about what the problems with my nose were, and also explained all the side effects that could happen after surgery. In other hospitals, even issues that only got mentioned after I brought them up first were pointed out right away, so I felt I could trust them. Anyway, it was good that they mentioned things they hadn't brought up at other places, like my skin being thin or the cartilage showing through. But at the same time, the doctor seemed to have a very fixed style, so it felt like I couldn't really have a proper consultation... Still, it was really reassuring that they had identified all the problems with my nose and pointed out the things that could be improved. The consultation manager was really kind and nice, and felt kind of like a mom. She empathized a lot. And since everyone said the estimate came out expensive, I went just to have a light consultation, but mine came out similar to other hospitals, so I'm thinking it over.
