The shape of my nose is a natural, pretty straight line. I got told a lot that I looked like a different person after the surgery. I had the surgery 10 years ago. The doctor was very stubborn and also had pride in his own skill. In fact, after the surgery there were no other uncomfortable issues, but from early on the cartilage at the tip of my nose kept showing through for a long time. Even after the surgery, he mentioned that because my skin was thin, the tip of the nose could show through, but that.. should have been judged during the surgery and maybe.. if the bridge and tip had been made lower, I might not have had to go through the stress of the cartilage showing through..^^ Anyway, aside from the showing-through issue, I've used it for 10 years, and now I'm looking into removal.
