I went in only for a consultation about nose surgery, but they strongly recommended extra procedures too, like paranasal augmentation and cat-eye surgery? and septal extension. Also, they tend to work on the nose a lot and remove a lot of the columella. If you don't know anything, when they say they'll do this and that for your nose, you won't know what it means and just say yes, yes, but people who know will understand. The more they alter it, the harder it is to revise later if you don't like the shape or if inflammation makes a reoperation necessary .. If you want a big, flashy nose, go here.
