Procedure: septal cartilage + ear cartilage. AS period: 1 year / material and anesthesia costs are separate. While consulting with the manager, they kept touching my nose, and there was a constant smell of cigarettes on their hands. The cigarette smell was also present in the director's office. It was not very strong, but there was a faint smell of fresh tobacco. Aside from that, some of the staff's clothing was also a little off-putting. Overall, there was not much waiting. Staff were kind / the director was a little rude. The consultation was detailed and professional.
