I went to about 10 different places for a consultation about rhinoplasty. They recommended additional surgeries that other hospitals had not suggested. I felt that the doctor was quite firm in his own opinions rather than focusing on the patient's needs. Depending on the person listening, that could be seen as either good or bad... Another surprising part was that he scolded a staff member in the waiting area where the patients were, which left a strong impression. After the consultation, I felt a very strong push from the manager to book surgery. I deeply regretted being swept along and making the reservation at the time. A few days after making the reservation, they contacted me again, and there were so many things I had not been properly informed about during the consultation that they wanted me to post reviews. They even asked me to hand over the IDs/passwords for several plastic surgery communities, and that was my first major turnoff. Then I was turned off a second time after seeing reviews from this community. When I tried to cancel the reservation, they unconditionally charged a penalty. Even that was not handled quickly... If a penalty starts as soon as payment is made, I think they should have explained that before I paid.
