At my first consultation, the director’s explanation was extremely professional and detailed, and it left a strong impression on me. Rather than simply taking the direction of making it pretty, they pinpointed my nose structure exactly and explained in an easy-to-understand way why surgery needed to be done in that way, which built a lot of trust. I also liked that they stated only the necessary points clearly without excessive sales pressure, and as I listened to the consultation, I naturally started thinking, 'from here...'
