Septal deviation + inferior turbinate + Bi-valve valve (if you want to fix asymmetry and a crooked nose, insurance may not apply, and the chin may look skewed instead), open approach, no implant, columella correction, nasolabial angle correction, bulbous nose correction, using the septum, and if needed, ear cartilage would be charged per side. If I had the surgery, there would be an anesthesia/pain medicine director, so there were separate test fees related to that. It seemed safe. They said the guardian could keep watching on CCTV throughout the surgery, and I think they said the attending doctor wouldn’t remove the stitches himself, but someone else would remove them. Gauze for 2 days, and no splint if no osteotomy, but there is one if osteotomy is done.
