I went for a consultation because I trusted the surgeon's skill, but the manager's attitude felt quite different from other hospitals. How should I put it... the clothes were a gown, but the hair was pinned up casually, the face was in a mask, and it felt like full no-makeup mode ~ They don't seem very professional about consultations. The consultation with the doctor was just okay, and they seemed kind of rushed. And they didn't mention autologous costal cartilage. They showed a lot of explanations and photos, but I didn't feel any trust or pull toward the surgery.
