It was an extremely difficult nose case, and I waited about an hour. For a third revision rhinoplasty, it was 18 million won, or perhaps about 16 million won if you wrote a review. I did not hear a concrete explanation of how the surgery would be performed. They said I absolutely had to use autologous costal cartilage. I did not choose it because an anesthesiologist was not permanently on staff and the cost was burdensome. The consultant asked which other places I had visited. It was late on a weekday evening, and there were about two people waiting for consultations. They seemed proud of being the fastest at harvesting autologous costal cartilage. It was disappointing that there was no explanation of the specific surgical technique.
