Nose Surgery review at Mijak (미작) · 2026-10-08

This was my first rhinoplasty consultation. I have a bulbous, crooked, and hump nose. After examining my nose, the director recommended a direction involving autologous costal cartilage for the tip, silicone or rib cartilage membrane for the bridge, osteotomy, and crooked-nose correction. Overall, they explained an approach that would create a definite change in my nose, and during the consultation I felt that the director had quite a strong sense of pride in their own surgical method. Looking at the surgical reviews posted on Instagram and blogs, they seemed to pursue glamorous, defined noses rather than natural ones. The actual consultation had that feeling to some extent, and the director seemed to have clear standards about the direction and approach to rhinoplasty. During the consultation, the director did not seem to think very highly of Inofit. Since this is the director's personal opinion, it may be best to ask about the details directly during a consultation. The clinic atmosphere was generally fine. The consultation manager explained things very professionally and made difficult information easy to understand, so I could understand most of what I had been curious about. Rather than simply urging me to have surgery, they gave detailed explanations of the rhinoplasty process and methods. I was also told that postoperative follow-up and corrective care would be available. Since this would be my first rhinoplasty, postoperative care in case something happened was important to me as well, and this part seemed satisfactory. Personally, I felt that the director had clear standards regarding their own style and surgical direction. It might suit someone who wants a glamorous nose with a definite transformation. I plan to consult a few more places and decide on the one that best matches the style I want, so for now I decided to think it over.
