The clinic specializes in noses, so I had nose surgery with costal cartilage. Maybe because it was costal cartilage, it turned out high. I basically had no natural nose to begin with. They said my skin had extra room and stretched well, so it could be made high. They really raised it high. I am fairly satisfied with the result. If you like a natural look, I do not recommend it. But if you are okay with people looking at you and saying, “Oh, your nose is high. Did you have surgery? Still, it turned out well,” then I recommend it. I heard they are good with men’s noses, and seeing how firmly they build them, I strongly recommend it for men. Women should think it over and go ahead only if they feel it would suit them. If the other parts of your face already look strong and your nose is also high, it may look too heavy. That is me. Oh, but the doctor is not friendly. They give off a “I’ll handle it myself” vibe and seem a little bothered when asked questions.
