At first, they recommended using only autologous costal cartilage. They explained the reasons, which was good, but then spent about 20 minutes explaining that the thing they do best is creating a beautiful nose with technical skill. They said they would talk later about how exactly the rhinoplasty would proceed. Still, since they were confident, it wasn’t bad. Seeing them post before-and-after photos immediately on Instagram does make it feel trustworthy. The director’s motto is to finish with the first surgery and never need a revision, so they insist on using autologous costal cartilage
