First of all, the place was chaotic as soon as I walked in. The front desk staff were neither especially kind nor especially rude, but the consultant's personality was pretty bad. I came for a nose consultation and did not know what nostril lowering was, and they were dismissive, saying why would I even want that and that doing it would ruin everything, but they could not even explain professionally why it would not work. lol They just kept saying not to do it. So when I asked what I should do instead, they said I should do nostril lowering. I have been to many other clinics, but this was the first place that talked about nostril lowering. Later I looked it up and realized it had absolutely nothing to do with my nose, and I was so relieved I did not do it. The doctor felt like he was just hanging out in the lobby with the staff, chatting idly before going in for the consultation, and he looked really light-minded. During the consultation, the manager and the doctor just repeated what the manager had said, with nothing else added. It did not seem professional at all. If it is already like this just in consultation, I can already see what the post-op care will be like.
