If you're going to have nose surgery, I think open surgery is the right choice. I had a non-open Nose Beam procedure, and honestly, my nose shape seems more blunt than before, and scar tissue formed, so even from the side my nose looks uglier... I really regret it, like, ten billion times lol.. At first I was like, oh, is the tip a bit higher? Maybe it's swelling, but I've just been living with this blunt shape. The non-incisional nostril reduction had zero effect too. If you're going to do it, then get the incision version. Foreigners
