There was almost no waiting, and the staff were generally kind. I first met the consultation manager, who was quite elderly. He did not pressure me too much and just said this and that might be good, then sent me to see the doctor. Honestly, I liked the line the manager drew, so I was considering doing it, but the line the doctor drew was not that good to me... The doctor was gentle and kindly asked if there was anything else I wanted to know. There were no photos or anything like that.
