I was deliberating about nose surgery and ended up getting a Misko procedure, which I liked more than expected. But it comes off too quickly.. The shape improvement is definite, but the Misko procedure itself feels uncomfortable. I recommend it as a way to see what the nose line would look like before surgery, but if you are going to do something anyway, I recommend actual nose surgery. The doctors were kind and shaped it the way I wanted.
