All of the staff were kind, and the coordinator also gave me confidence because she seemed experienced. I met the director for about 5 minutes? He answered my questions and then wrapped up. It is a place known for alar reduction, so I felt pretty trusting of it. Even though he did not say much, I just took it as that lol
