I only had a consultation, but first of all the director drew sketches and explained everything very diligently. However, the head manager was just... T_T It felt like she only cared about boosting her own numbers and was saying anything like, do whatever you want, your choice... T_T I do not really know about the skill yet, but after the consultation with the head manager, this place dropped down in my rankings.
