The manager was definitely kind and it was nice that they said it would be enough to improve only the problematic areas and did not recommend any additional surgery. However, the doctor also recommended doing the tip at the same time... so I wondered if there was a communication issue? He kept emphasizing that my face was very asymmetrical and that it would be a difficult surgery.. I do not know what the intention was, but I think it would have been better if he had explained more specifically.
