Five years ago, I had alar reduction and MISCO. I was very scared, so I had it under sleep anesthesia. Being able to do sleep anesthesia was one of the reasons I chose this place.. I like the results. I did it because I wanted to improve my bulbous nose, but the shape of my nostrils and the lower part of my nasal cavity turned out different from what I expected. Still, my impression became more refined, so I'm satisfied. If I were to do it again, I might rather get silicone surgery haha (since they said the alar reduction would also be reduced).
