I had alar reduction and I am satisfied so far. While reducing the alar width, there was some asymmetry, but I think that was also corrected to some extent. Because I had the non-incision method, even before the scar healed, it did not show much. The disappointing part is that the tip of my nose is still blunt, so I wish I had also consulted about the nasal tip.
