They said they would do the surgery with autologous dermis, and since my purpose was removal, it seemed like they had a lot of experience with removal too, so I went for a consultation. I told them I wanted to remove it and go back to my original nose, and they gave me a blunt answer that it was impossible. But after a deeper consultation, they said it could be made similar. They gave me a very long consultation. For the patient's safety, they did not use sleep anesthesia. They were very alert about anesthesia accidents. They were an expert on dermis, ran a cafe, and showed me many different cases. But I am not sure whether the cafe is something you have to post in if you get the surgery, or whether there are benefits if you do. For people who have contracture, the advantage is that they can do dermis surgery immediately without a waiting period after removal.
