They gave a lot of professional explanations, but maybe because they were tired, I could not really hear well.. They kept talking more about the downsides and saying they could not make it perfect. Normally it is the opposite, so it was a bit surprising to meet a doctor like that for the first time. Maybe being honest is their strength? I do not know if they are kind, but they seem careful and sensitive. Because of that, the long surgery time was a bit of a concern, and they also said they do not do separate scar care, which was disappointing
