It was my first nose surgery, but since it is a famous place, I went for a consultation. The director was kind, and the price range is on the higher side. I am very torn about where to do it. The nose is the most important thing in the first surgery, and I want to do it without an implant, but then I worry it will not show enough and it will end up being pointless.
