While looking into a third revision nose surgery, I found a clinic that does autologous dermis nose surgery, which I learned has the fewest side effects. After making an appointment and consulting with the director, he was very honest and gave me a fairly clear idea of what to expect, and said that he wasn't confident about one part (it didn't feel like a business pitch). Although I didn't have the surgery here, I was deeply moved by how sincerely the director handled the consultation.
