I went for a consultation because it is famous for lower eyelid fat repositioning. Since I went on a weekday, it was very quiet. I had consultations in the order of consultation manager > surgeon > manager, and the manager explained things very diligently and was kind. But the surgeon was so passive during the consultation (there was not much detailed explanation beyond my questions..) that since I had gone in not knowing much at the time, I did not really gain much from it. And the pressure to make a reservation felt a bit burdensome.
