From my perspective, the director's consultation style seems rather passive. When I say I want to do something, instead of explaining the pros and cons of that procedure on my face or whether it is necessary, if I say I want to have a certain area operated on, they just tell me the method, like 'that can be done this way,' and seem to simply accept the patient's opinion. The reason I decided to have surgery was that I knew someone who had lower eyelid surgery here and the result was good, and because their background showed research presentations related to fat grafting and they seemed professionally capable (I had lower eyelid surgery plus full-face fat grafting together). I had pre-op consultations twice, and each time I waited at least an hour. On the day of surgery, because the earlier surgery was delayed so much, mine started 2 hours and 30 minutes late.. On the operating table, the nurse could not properly find a vein, burst two veins, and only on the third try did they manage to insert the needle properly.. After surgery, from the patient's point of view, there are naturally many things you want to ask during recovery (asymmetric swelling left and right, changes in the eye shape, etc.) But the aftercare is careless. If I call the hospital to ask something, they say I have to talk to the assigned manager first, but in reality that manager is off duty or hard to reach. And even when I do get through, after I complained about uneven swelling and hardness in the fat grafted area, they said, 'Well, you should have come in for swelling laser the day after surgery.' It is true that I did not go because the free swelling laser place was far away, but the hospital itself had said I did not have to go, so is that really the tone you should use with someone complaining about swelling? Even writing this makes me angry. If I had joined this community and read the reviews here before surgery, I definitely would not have had surgery at this hospital. It is now day 15 after surgery, and I cannot yet write a proper judgment about the surgery itself, but even if the results turn out well later, I absolutely do not want to recommend this hospital.
