The consultation with the assistant was long, and even though I had a reservation, I waited more than an hour, then finished with about a 5-minute consultation with the director.. It felt like there were so many people waiting, probably because it was the busy season, and the place was extremely hectic. Even after 6 p.m. there were still many people waiting for consultations, so it seems like busy season should be avoided.
