I had surgery in October 2019, and it has been 2 years. My under-eye fat was protruding, so I only looked into repositioning, but they recommended doing fat grafting as well for better results, so I did both and finished the surgery well. Even now, 2 years later, I’m completely satisfied and there’s absolutely no hollowing or indenting :) However, since I only did the first round of fat grafting, I’m not sure how it would have been if I had done a second round. I remember the cost was roughly 1.5 to 1.6 million.
