The director is very kind. For both the bridge and the tip of the nose, they recommended autologous costal cartilage, and said they also use other implants such as donated dermis, autologous dermis, and silicone. Like any clinic, I am worried because of the side-effect posts that sometimes show up, and they said the aftercare period is 3 years.
