It seems like I had consultations with the manager, then CT scan, then the director, then the manager again. I also wanted to have rhinitis surgery at the same time, so I asked a lot of questions, and they explained things specifically while looking at the CT, which made me trust them. I had a reservation and still had to wait. Also, the manager is not the friendly type.
