I had it done with a septal cartilage and ear cartilage graft, and since I had rhinitis I did it together with that. As time passed, the rhinitis symptoms came back, but breathing is easier than before the surgery, and people around me keep saying my nose is pretty and looks natural. I like the shape. I wanted something a little sharper, but the director recommended a more natural look, and I’m satisfied.
