I had nose surgery 3 times, and it was ruined by contracture and inflammation. Thinking it was my last chance, I searched for a place that does reconstruction surgery well and went in for a consultation only, but the director was very gentle and kind. He comforted me by saying he knew it was a hard time, and while looking at the CT images, he explained in detail the condition of my nose and how it should be handled going forward, which built trust and made me feel at ease.
