I can only be grateful. They seem really good at taking each person's concerns into account. My aquiline nose is not perfect, but it improved a lot, and I had surgery without an implant. Breathing is comfortable too, and you can feel the experience they have when you look at the sutured area after surgery, because it is really neat. The manager is just moderately kind, but seems very seasoned. The staff and nurses are just angels... T_T So kind. I would not recommend surgery in general, but if I were to do it, I would definitely do it here.
