The doctor was fairly kind. They explained well about what I asked. The consultation manager was rude. I wanted to book for the day of surgery, but the consultation was so off-putting that it made even my desire to book fade away. If only the consultation manager had been okay, I might have had surgery at this hospital.. Other things like the facilities were average.
