I've seen a lot of men with good nose jobs. They often use autologous costal cartilage, but they didn't really tell me much about the pain in the ribs. It hurt more than I could have imagined, and I wanted to die... It was an experience I never want to go through again. I wanted a sharp nose, so I was satisfied with the result.
