The doctor was fairly kind. It was ordinary, but the manager was kind of disappointing. She gave off the vibe of a strong older sister saying, 'I am the boss here.' There is a reason hospitals with overly rude managers have a bad reputation~~ I went for a consultation because there were many posts in the cafe saying Misak does a good job, but it was not a place I wanted to get surgery at.
