The hospital had moved, and I went to the old location first, but the entrance was blocked, so I was startled. Still, I found the right place. I waited about 30 minutes longer than my consultation appointment time, but I had gone in already intending to have the procedure done there, so I booked it right after the consultation. When you fill out the intake form for the first visit, they ask about more things than other hospitals, and if you are taking any medicine, they ask you to send that too. They said they would prescribe accordingly... Anyway, I was more satisfied with the consultation than at other hospitals. I hope the result is good too.
