The waiting time was a little long. It felt like they wanted to get things done quickly. On the other hand, I liked that they got straight to the key points. They did not recommend unnecessary surgery, and the consultation manager was kind too. It felt like they were considering the person's image when doing the surgery, so I trusted them.
