I had nasal tip cartilage, silicone on the bridge, and osteotomy done in early 2020. The director was very kind, but the consultation manager and the front desk staff were not great. For about two months after surgery I was really pretty because of the swelling, but as the swelling gradually went down, the nasal tip also drooped.. now it looks a little crooked too. And even though I had osteotomy, the hump is still there, and it seems even more visible than before the surgery T_T.. They really do make it look natural here, but natural in the sense of just natural, not natural and pretty, so that was disappointing.. It was just a little bit of line refinement, and then the nasal tip drooped.. I think it would have been better not to do it at all than to end up with a drooping tip. T_T I am looking into revision surgery.. All plastic surgery is case by case, so please take this as reference only.
