I went by appointment, and one manager was in the middle of a consultation, while the doctor was free, so as soon as I arrived I met the doctor right away without waiting. But the doctor finished the consultation in one minute.... The consultation notes had several noses drawn on them, and after looking at mine, the doctor quickly drew up several noses and said I would need this and that procedure. He drew osteotomy of the nasal bridge and alar reduction, then explained everything in a rapid-fire way in one minute and told me to ask if I had questions. When I said I didn't, it ended right there. Then I waited five minutes and met the manager. While looking at the drawing the doctor had made, the manager slowly explained again what kinds of procedures would be done. But maybe there were parts of the doctor's drawing that I couldn't understand, because the doctor asked why I had drawn that picture lol. I said I couldn't understand because he spoke too fast. During the consultation, they said aftercare would be available for 3 years, and because I live far away and not in Busan, there would be no cost until the 1-year follow-up, so I would need to keep visiting periodically. They emphasized the advantage of a one-doctor hospital, where the doctor personally takes care of everything during follow-up visits. Also, the manager said she had visited many hospitals, listened to many doctors' opinions, and that even if I did not have surgery at this hospital, I should definitely do it, and only have surgery for procedures that overlap, so that gave me confidence. This was also the hospital I had been most interested in when I was doing my own research. But because the consultation ended in a one-minute, five-minute rush and was so short and careless, I kept thinking of another doctor who had kindly spent almost 20 minutes consulting me T_T I feel sorry for patients who may lose trust in this doctor while consulting. After reading reviews afterward, I saw many saying the consultation is too careless, and I really agree.
