I waited about 20 minutes, then had a consultation with the doctor and then the manager. It was over in about 10 to 15 minutes total, and both of them spoke quickly. They said everything they needed to say and told me at the end to ask anything if I had questions. I went in thinking I wanted no implant, but they said my hump was large and my skin was thin, so I would need artificial dermis or silicone. They also said if the hump were shaved down, the tip of the nose would look droopy, so they recommended using ear cartilage or septal cartilage. (Which of the two to use would be decided during surgery.) I hadn't even been thinking about artificial dermis or silicone, so they brought it up so suddenly in the first consultation that I was completely stunned........... In the end, we decided on hump reduction + osteotomy + artificial dermis on the nasal bridge + cartilage for the tip. The total was 3.3 million, but they said cash would be 3 million. When I asked what if the dermis gets absorbed, they said then I can just get aftercare again (A/S for 3 years, progress checks every two days)...... Honestly, the 10-minute consultation was so short that I couldn't really tell whether this hospital is good or bad.. Among the clinics I researched, it was my favorite, though.. T_T A bit disappointing T_T But it seems like it's famous. While I was waiting for my consultation, I saw 6 to 7 people with nasal splints (around 11 a.m.).
