First of all, it was a simple surgery and the cost was low. The director kindly told me that only this and that were needed, which I liked. But the staff basically pressured me into having the surgery that day, so I almost did it right then and there. I was taking hormone medication, but they said it was fine,, and after I booked the surgery, the paper with the precautions said to stop hormone medication for a week. That bothered me a bit. When I looked up reviews here, they weren't very good, so I ended up canceling.
