The doctor has very strong opinions. He prefers natural results, but I wanted something more noticeable, and he insisted it had to be natural no matter what. I listened to him and trusted him with the surgery, and I'm satisfied with the result. Being more natural rather than obvious meant people didn't really notice, and it improved a lot.
