I had fat grafting and foreign-body removal done. At the follow-up check, they said more removal would probably be needed, and before a year passes they want to set a date and do a second removal. It’s not perfect yet, but I’m waiting to see how it goes. They removed it with a cannula, and there was no separate incision. It’s been 8 months, and they also gave me a scar injection.
